Payment and Refund Policy:

• Parijat will not be liable for any wrong inputs shared from your end.
• Refunds are issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for cash payments.
• There won’t be refunds for any payments made using “Parijat Nursing Care” Vouchers.
• Refunds are not done towards third-party accounts.
• For NEFT/UPI transactions, you need to update the required information to enable a refund.
• The timeframe for different payment modes is usually between 10-15 business days after the cancellation request has been received and verified by customer support.
• Payments will be given through Cheque/UPI/Direct bank transfer to the company or by the company directly to the patient/patient relative’s account. Not given to any third party by cash payments.
• Payments/bills will be cleared before the 7th or in the first week of every month.
• A minimum of 7 days of service is compulsory for any payment.
• No refunds during the first 7 days of service, per service/working hours (6hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs).
• After 7 days, there will be no refunds for the 1st to 15th-day service.
• After 15 days of service, there will be no refunds for that current month’s service.

Other Important Notes:

• No misbehaviour or physical harassment to any staff or health worker of the organization, before giving any prior information. This will be a legal offense.
